The Park

The term "don't judge a book by its cover" comes around a lot. I now realize that statement is 100% true. On sunday evening I dined at the restaurant named Park in Silver Lake. Though the atmosphere wasn't the nicest, the food definitely changed my thoughts. I started off with a nice hamachi which melted in my mouth. What was nice about the fish was that it did not have the big fishy taste which causes me to drop the knife and fork, but as your father would always say" it tastes like chicken." After this great appetizer I wasn't sure if anything could top it, but oh was I wrong. For my entree I ordered the gnocchi with tomato sauce on top. Oh boy did I feel like I was in Italy. Everything was just so amazing about it; the texture, the taste, and even the smell. What more do I need to say, I would strongly suggest dining at The Park in Silver Lake.
